ALL purchases (phones etc.) will be required to be paid in full via credit card at time of purchase. Only monthly service fees will be authorized to be billed to the member’s account. With adopting this practice we will be able to ensure that accounts will not have large past due amounts and collections will be simplified as well as decreased. This is our priority, to keep your bonds and dues monies protected from having to pay for the abuse of the Verizon services by a member.
Keep in mind-Verizon stores are unable to assist you with your account.
**Current contract equipment agreement remains intact; upgrades are available once the agreement is satisfied. Plan changes can occur at any time so that you may receive the best benefit!

Please review plan options listed on the previous sheet and indicate which plans you would like for each of your lines of service in the body of your email with the attached completed forms.
Due to the volume of requests, please allow 5-10 business days to process your Verizon consumer account to the NALEA Verizon account. We appreciate your patience!!
Only the member officer can create/move over an account to the NALEA Verizon account. If there is a desire to add individuals to the current account then they have to be added by the member officer themselves-we will not be creating separate accounts for family and friends.
Once the member officer discontinues their membership, they will be removed from the benefits of the NALEA Verizon program and will need to assume a Verizon consumer account within 14 days or service will be suspended or cancelled.
If your Verizon cell phone service is currently bundled with internet/cable you will need to remove your Verizon account from that bundle in order for it to be moved to the NALEA Verizon accounts.
Accounts with repetitive delinquent history are subject to termination from the NALEA Verizon benefit.
When purchasing a phone keep in mind the location to which it ships will need to have an individual available to sign for the package from FedEx.
